A position is often understood as a space to make decisions and influence direction. However, a higher position does not necessarily mean that one is in alignment. When a position is carried from a state that is not yet aligned, decisions and actions can easily shift, lose consistency, and move away from their intended purpose.
This is where self-alignment becomes a fundamental foundation in organizing various aspects—starting from the self, roles, values, to responsibilities. From an aligned inner state, decisions are not made hastily or merely in response to external pressures, but arise from a clarity that emerges from within. In this condition, a position is no longer seen merely as a status, but as a space to carry out one’s role with steadiness, bring order, and maintain a more complete direction.
Without this foundation, inconsistencies may appear in various forms and gradually lead to unintended outcomes. Conversely, when self-alignment is maintained, roles and decisions become more stable, allowing responsibilities to be carried out with greater wisdom and continuity.
