Dr. Reza supports individuals and organizations through a self-alignment perspective, particularly in the context of self-issues, leadership, and organizational dynamics.
He earned a Doctorate in Human Resource Management from Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII), Yogyakarta; a Master’s degree in Marketing from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), Jakarta; and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama), Jakarta. He also holds a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), USA.
Beyond academic credentials, Dr. Reza’s approach has been shaped by cross-cultural experience and interdisciplinary dialogue at the international level. He has participated in various international meetings and symposiums addressing human issues, cultural understanding, and collective challenges in cities such as Los Angeles, Auckland, Brussels, The Hague, Tokyo, Prague, Berlin, Kyoto, Nagoya, and Matsuyama.
His approach does not begin with systems—but with people. Because inner alignment is the foundation of leadership and organizations, and a pathway toward peace beyond success.
