Human REALsource (HRs) is dedicated to resolving issues from the self to the organization through Self-Alignment.
Throughout life and within organizations, people inevitably encounter various issues. While these issues may appear different on the surface, many originate from something more fundamental—the alignment between an individual and oneself.
Inner conflicts, uncertainty, burnout, leadership challenges, and organizational dynamics are often not merely situational problems. They frequently reflect a deeper need for alignment.

Dr. Reza accompanies individuals and organizations in resolving issues from the self to the organization through the perspective of Self-Alignment, particularly in the areas of self-issues, leadership, and organizational dynamics.
He earned his Doctorate in Human Resource Management from Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII), Yogyakarta; a Master's degree in Marketing from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), Jakarta; and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science from Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama), Jakarta. He is also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), USA.
His perspective has also been enriched through international dialogues, conferences, and cross-cultural engagements in cities including Los Angeles, Auckland, Brussels, The Hague, Tokyo, Prague, Berlin, Kyoto, Nagoya, and Matsuyama.
He believes that meaningful transformation begins with the self. Alignment within oneself becomes the foundation for healthier leadership, stronger organizations, and a more peaceful life beyond success.
